The Terms and Conditions applies to the FindOneLove website and all related sites, applications, services and tools regardless of how you access or use any of them.

Consent

You accept our Terms and Conditions by signing up, accessing or using our site, content, services, products, technologies or any feature we offered on the website, related site, applications, services (collectively FindOneLove or Dating Site, interchangeably).

We may alter the Terms and Conditions at any time. The revised version will be effective as of the published effective date. If the revised version includes an essential change, we will notify you at least 30 days before the revised Terms and Conditions’s effective date. The Operator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny further or continuing access to our Dating Site to any visitor, including, without limitation, any user that has violated any aspect of the Terms and Conditions in the view of the Operator.

Users under age 18 are not authorized to use FindOneLove or any of their features. The Operator is not responsible for verifying the user’s age, however, it may ask for proof.

The Operator advices you to use caution before you share personal or identifiable information on our Dating Site.

The Operator does not conduct criminal check of its users therefore it’s not responsible either of the verification of the users’ data or for the information you share about yourself with others.

Access and proprietary rights

The pages and any other content of FindOneLove may not be copied, distributed, modified, published, or transmitted in any other manner, including use for creative work or to sell or promote other products. Violation of this restriction may result in infringement of intellectual property and contractual rights of Green Rabbit System or third parties which is prohibited by law and could result in substantial civil and criminal penalties.

Disclaimer

Use of FindOneLove is provided "as is, where is", without warranty of any kind. In no event shall Green Rabbit System or any of the operator or owner entities be liable or responsible for damages of any kind incurred by you as a result of using FindOneLove. If you do not agree please discontinue using our Dating Site.

Law

FindOneLove relies on internet services provided in other countries around the world. However, FindOneLove is operated by a Swiss company under the Swiss laws. You are authorized to use FindOneLove from any country permits you to do so. The Operator is not responsible if your local laws conflict with the Swiss laws, or any of our content or services. This is your responsibility.

Your local laws do not alter and have no effect on our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. Use our Dating Site only if you agree.

Conduct

Communication
